Tiny solitaire stones are encrusted on intricate leaves and are adorned by natural lustre man-made pale ivory pearls to create a vintage effect. Madrid is the matching comb to the Barcelona side headpiece. Madrid is often chosen for bridesmaids to match a bride wearing the Barcelona, as well as being chosen by brides to wear.  Set with genuine Austrian Crystals cut with facets to look like real diamonds and Natural Lustre Man made Pearls.
