Great service and really friendly! Such a wide variety of tiaras and head pieces to try on. We were offered drinks straight away and left to have a good look at tiaras undisturbed. As soon as we needed help we were offered it. Great balance of looking after a customer, whilst still letting us have a chat privately to decide on the perfect head piece. What a great experience dealing with Ivory & Co! I ordered my head piece & veil long before my wedding after someone sending me a picture of it from social media. To my surprise when I went online to look for myself, the piece was called Marcia - my name! Like the magpie I am was amazed by their beautiful showroom and amazing items for sale. The service was incredible and felt at ease as I tried on virtually every hair comb and slide in the store!
